Our recent Tribe Connect on Generative AI has confirmed yet again that the investment in community events is absolutely welcomed by our ambassadors, whether they are small or large-scale get-togethers. Our ambassador relations and marketing teams will double down on Tribe Connect for 2024 and later. We will indeed continue to invest in our relations, in our community and in our ambassadors. Stay tuned for more, we have already set a promising agenda for the new year.
For this new year 2024, I can also announce that we are currently working on a new mobile app and website as a new communication tool toward and between our ambassador community. This new tool will be available as from Q2 and all ambassadors be invited to download and use it. It will be an important asset for the growth that we ambition.
Looking back at 2023
Despite the difficult economic market conditions, 2023 has been a stellar growth year for DigiTribe. We have invested consequently in business development but also in service delivery: over the past 11 months we have seen an ambassador increase of 22%.
And our staff has grown too. Before the summer we had already doubled our teams, and since January we have grown internal positions by 62%. Our latest recruit is Gabriela in our Portugal office, our third office besides Brussels and Antwerp. Our expansion is crucial for our sourcing strategy going forward. Our two regional offices will play a key role in this, both on commercial and sourcing levels.
A promising year ahead
We obviously want to grow our tribes further, but we are also expanding our services model to offer peace of mind for our customers through guaranteed profile pools or structured services. We are now well-sourced to add this to our service provision.
In other words, we are working hard at DigiTribe to make the futures of customers, ambassadors and our own a success and I’m very confident for all. 2023 has been a pivotal year for most, whereas we have managed to accelerate. This makes us proud and ambitious, and prepared.
