But our community isn’t limited by corporate boundaries. Experts and customers that want to share feedback or experiences with us – or ask for our advice, expertise or approach on any given project – can join our internal-external digi-tribal meet-ups, virtually or in-person. And we are developing a collaboration tool, too, where you will be able to reach our experts and others in the community to fuel discussions.
Yes, this knowledge-sharing approach is atypical; it is by encouraging the continuous growth and qualifications of our consultants – and promoting collective intelligence – that we realize our purpose to disrupt consulting.
This also the reason why we have onboarded an Ambassador Relations Coordinator, a new role in the team. Our ARC will be in touch with the community on a daily basis, developing and managing strong relationships with our ambassadors and also customers. Our assignment is to track progress of all engagements and perspectives of ambassadors. Strong Ambassador Relations are key to meet the reciprocal growth commitment that defines us.
