Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for IT consultants and professionals, aligning talent with client needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and candidates.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates to ensure a perfect fit for DigiTribe and our clients.
- Juggling multiple priorities with precision, ensuring a smooth hiring experience for all stakeholders.

- Comfortable communicating over the phone, via video, or in-person with diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in recruitment is a plus, but if you’re highly motivated and eager to learn, we want to hear from you too!
- First experience as a recruiter of any sales position is a plus
- A good level of English is a must
