Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients.
- Strategic Planning: Understand client needs and align DigiTribe’s offerings to help them achieve their goals.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our footprint within client organizations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our IT consultants and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on client satisfaction, ensuring continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role, ideally within IT or consultancy.
- A deep understanding of digital transformation, IT solutions, or technology-driven industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
