As a Programme Manager, you will:
- Improve the testing framework and lead its implementation plan, adopting an Agile delivery approach and providing regular values to delivery/testing team of the group
- Work in close collaboration with the programme sponsor(s), the business and technology stakeholders ensuring scope, schedule and budget are managed effectively
- Drive a team composed by internal and external qualified resources supported by IT partners for the capability’s delivery
- Create and maintain relevant testing knowledge and competencies in the team and in delivery/testing teams. Oversee, develop, and ensure adherence to industry best practice standards.
- Create and maintain focus, transparency, enthusiasm, and momentum: this programme is essential to reach the next level of testing maturity within the entire organization
- Manage budget control for related investments, benefits, capacity, delivery plan, metrics. Consider continuous improvements and innovation.
- Be responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the programme, as well as the communication plan
