As a Scrum Master Lead, you:
- Support the Innovation team in increasing delivery efficiency and Agile maturity
- Prepare and facilitate Agile Team events (e.g., Quarterly planning, Inspect and Adapt, Leadership offsites, etc)
- Support the Product Owners with the Demand management process for the tribe
- Manage dependencies between delivery teams
- People management and coaching for the Innovation Scrum Master team
- Lead problem solving
- Act as servant leader
- Drive continuous improvement at team, leadership, and organization level
- Be responsible for governance and coordination in a complex environment
- Responsible for sharing and promoting Agile best practices within the organization
- Assist management in bringing structural and cultural changes in the organization (typically spanning across multiple organizational units) to become more agile
- Able to coach at leadership level
- Work autonomously in complex situations, for example with multiple cross- domain dependencies or characterized by a high frequency of changes or with many uncertainties
- Share knowledge and support less experienced Scrum Masters
- Responsible for the Innovation’s team overall delivery coordination and reporting to the Digital and Innovation Portfolio.
In this role, you will:
- Secure, with the Innovation Product Owner or Product Owners, the transition to a strong enablement (dependencies), stakeholder, risk and impediment management
- Facilitate and organize required structural conversations (internally and transversally to IT/Business)
- Focus on the team’s continuous improvement/maturity and strategic solutions from an Agile and Project delivery perspective
- Coordinate escalated risk, impediments and change control processes fo assigned projects, assist on building action plans to mitigate risks/solve issues and track action items
- Manage the project according to the internal Agile or Hybrid standards (methodology & tools)
- Coordinate with Portfolio Management team on monthly Digital Portfolio inputs
