As our Solution Business Architect, you will:
- Prepare the architectural work to be realised, so that the work volume and resources required for the architectural work can be more accurately estimated and organised.
- Work out possible architectural business solutions for projects and programmes.
- Coordinate with Business Architects of other capabilities, mainly regarding information sharing and division of responsibilities.
- Support the Project Manager in the design of project work by making the work packages and their interdependencies explicit, so that the volume of work and resources needed to realise the business solution can be more accurately estimated and organised.
- Communicate the Business Architecture content to the project teams so that they can realise the desired business solution with focus.
- Monitor the Business Architecture content during realisation, so that the business solution remains in line with the chosen strategy.
- Proactively bring in ideas that can add value to a Partner / a domain
- Support the project initiation for retained business ideas
To apply for this role, you
- Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences or Business Engineering.
- Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working in a team.
- Communicate fluently in Dutch and English and adapt your style to your target audience.
- Easily adapt your communication to the changing context, with an open mind to diversity

Technical skills
- You have experience in converting Business strategy into a Technology strategy.
- You are able to translate this into business capabilities and (architectural) roadmaps.
- You have stakeholder management experience ranging from the development teams to senior management and business stakeholders.
- You have experience with Modeling Techniques (Archimate, TOGAF, UML, Sparx EA)
